Godzilla Godzilla and Mothra: Battle for Earth

Godzilla is awakened when a meteor crashes to earth. Takuya, an archaeologist, leads a group to Infant Island, where they find the tiny Cosmos twins, who warn that Battra, a bat-like monster, has also awakened. They discover Mothra's egg, which hatches on the trip to Japan. Godzilla and Battra find the Mothra larva, and during the fight, Godzilla and Battra are pulled into an undersea volcano. Mothra rescues the twins, who were kidnapped by a ruthless businessman. It spins a cocoon, and emerges as a giant, colorful moth. Resurfacing in Japan, Godzilla defeats Battra, who is then revived by Mothra. They team up against Godzilla, and Battra is destroyed defeating him. Mothra and the twins leave Japan, heading for space.
