The Middleman and Wendy are called to look into the strange disappearance of a rich socialite during a fateful shopping trip. As their trail leads them through the world of plastic surgery addiction, they realize they are dealing with a group of exiled aliens who are being hunted by an unknown entity. But who would hunt down a peaceful species of aliens whose only affliction is the appearance of too much facial work?

Meanwhile, Wendy is upset to find out that Ben has posted their breakup video online and tries to avoid Lacey, who is channeling her inner therapist.
